Short post this week! I just wanted to share that I went a little quiet here because I’ve been ramping up production of the podcast!

I also gave a talk at Nerd Nite last month. I got on stage at a punk music venue and made like 100 people listen to me talk about moss for 20 minutes. Hugely grateful for the opportunity. A very fun night. Two other incredible speakers shared the secrets of how math can perfect basketball and how we can fight censorship.

Journalist Sarah Lai Stirland wrote up a very kind review of the performance, you can read her thoughts in her Medium article, aptly named “Wonder as an anecdote to anxiety.” Should be the working title of my memoir.
